IDOL RECRUITMENT

Group dance livestreams on TikTok for three to five hours a day, with rotating breaks.

• Open to all genders aged 18 or over.
• Take responsibility for your work.
• Manage time well and work in a team.
• Advanced dance skills are not required.
• Basic spoken English is an advantage, not a requirement; audience interaction is mainly through messages.

Base pay, allowances, and commission rates change when KPI targets are met. Depending on ability, monthly earnings may exceed VND 50,000,000.

• Clothing and makeup allowance: USD 300–700 per group per month.
• Four days off per month, with one rotating day off each week.
• Employment contract, insurance, annual leave, and Lunar New Year bonuses in line with company policy and applicable law.
• The company creates profile photos, individual videos, and an image on the group's TikTok channel.
• No overtime or requirement to meet a livestream KPI before leaving.
• Personal images of dancers are not sent to users; dancers manage their own audience relationships.
• No pressure to pretend to be a user's spouse or partner.
• Show your own character and dance skills.
