Privacy when contacting OSTMEDIA
When you submit a form, OSTMEDIA receives your name, phone number or email, the information you provide, and any attachments to process your request and reply. Job applications are stored in the admin inbox; files can only be downloaded after signing in to the CMS.
If OSTMEDIA configures a Lark bot, a summary of an application (including contact details, the role, introduction, and file names) is sent to the Lark group responsible for intake. Form contents are not published on the website.
