A break from the everyday rhythm gave OST MEDIA's performers and behind-the-camera team a chance to meet, reflect on their efforts, and welcome a new beginning. The OST MEDIA New Year 2026 gathering celebrated the people who have worked together and brought new energy to the journey ahead.
A new beginning, one shared journey
The New Year gathering brought together everyone who helps build OST MEDIA each day. Alongside the performing groups, company leaders, guests, and staff from different teams met and celebrated their shared work.
From welcoming guests and checking in to the opening remarks and a toast, the event began with a spirit of connection. Members looked back on the past year, thanked one another, and shared their wishes for the year ahead.
Many colors on stage
Music and dance were central to the celebration. OST-Violeta performed “Gnarly,” while UB-SCARLET NOIR brought “Cung Hỷ Phát Tài,” each opening the program with a distinct energy.
Unibeat followed with “Miniskirt,” Starway with “Star On The Way,” Estellar with “Whiplash,” Millar Boys with “Slay Power,” and Aceline with “UNHOLY.” Tiffany's performance of “Vết Mưa” offered a quieter moment alongside the group performances.
Each act expressed its own character. Together, they told the story of a diverse team where every performer has room to show their strengths.
Recognizing effort, renewing passion
A key part of the 2026 event was recognizing teams and individuals who stood out in 2025. The results considered performances from July to December 2025, acknowledging achievement, improvement, and contributions to the group.
In the Outstanding Group category, UB-Unibeat placed first, OST-Starway second, and SV-Estellar third. UB-Aceline and OST-Millar Boys were recognized as breakthrough groups.
Yumi ranked first among outstanding dancers, followed by Lona, Iris, Marine, Milkey, and Nyx. Hayln and Darenk received the Promising Dancer recognition.
Each honor marks past work and encourages its recipient to keep practicing, creating, and growing.
Recognizing the people behind the lights
A performance is made by more than those in front of the camera. Creative, visual, operations, and support teams prepare and coordinate every detail.
The event recognized creative teams, stage-visual teams, outstanding operations staff, exceptional employees, and special contributions. TINY, NINA, and Xiaoling were named outstanding employees of 2025.
These honors tell a fuller story of the team: dedication and sustained work behind the stage matter alongside results on it.
Connection in everyday moments
Alongside performances and awards, three lucky draws brought people together during the celebration. They offered a chance to share joy outside the usual workday.
New Year gifts and a group photo closed the event. Sometimes connection begins with a simple wish for a colleague, a conversation over dinner, or a photograph of the people who stand together every day.
Writing the next chapter of 2026 together
The New Year gathering was a time to look back and ahead. Recognized achievements motivate continued effort; meeting one another builds understanding and appreciation.
