LIVE ROOM TECHNICIAN

• Set up equipment for company livestreams on TikTok and other social platforms.
• Check, operate, and resolve issues with video, connectivity, and audio during livestreams.
• Adjust microphones, background music, sound effects, and volume balance in live rooms.
• Coordinate with other departments and help set up and shoot clips as needed.

• Know how to set up cameras and livestreams and use OBS, vMix, TikTok Live Studio, and related software at a basic level; additional training is provided.
• Know how to adjust microphones, music, noise filtering, volume balance, and basic audio settings in OBS/vMix.
• Understand computers and Windows audio settings and be able to resolve common audio issues.
• Resolve technical issues quickly during livestreams.
• Understand stage lights such as Moving Head, Beam, and Spotlight.
• Identify lighting and signal faults between stage lights in the live room.
• Experience in a professional stage, studio, livestream, or events environment is preferred.
• Be proactive, responsible, and resourceful.
• Work well with the team.

• Probation lasts 45 days at 85% of base salary.
• The first three days are introductory training days. Case 1: If you complete the three training days and the following 42 working days, you will be paid for the three training days. Total paid period: 45 days (3 training days + 42 working days). Case 2: If you complete the three training days but not the following 42 working days, the three training days are unpaid. Only subsequent days actually worked are paid.
